I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. She supported us through one of the most difficult and heartbreaking times with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. From our very first conversation, she made us feel understood and reassured, taking the time to truly listen so she could create something so personal and meaningful.
Mum’s funeral was absolutely perfect, and Charlotte played such a huge part in that. Her delivery on the day was so heartfelt and sincere, it honestly felt like she captured Mum’s spirit so beautifully. There were moments that made us smile through the tears, and that is something I will always be grateful for.
