For over twenty years, I worked in education in senior leadership and pastoral roles, supporting young people, families, and colleagues through moments of challenge, change, and uncertainty. These experiences taught me the importance of compassion, clarity, and trust and of taking the time to truly understand what matters to the people in front of you.
Over time, I felt drawn towards work that allowed me to focus more fully on people at key moments in their lives. Becoming a celebrant felt like a natural progression into a way to use my skills, experience to craft a truly unique ceremony that reflects the person or couple and their journey.
For funerals I offer calm, modern funeral ceremonies shaped by connection and light. I take the time to listen, to learn about the person who has died, and to create a ceremony that feels honest, personal, and respectful. My approach is inclusive and unhurried, giving families space to reflect, remember, and honour a life in a way that feels right for them.
For Weddings I offer the chance to create something beautiful that captures the moment and celebrates it, incorporating all the key people and moments into something really special.
Whether a ceremony is simple or more detailed, my role is to hold the space with warmth and professionalism, guiding couples and families through the process with care, clarity, and love.
